By accessing or using DealAssistNow you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be able to form a binding agreement. Keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

2. Scope of Services

We provide transaction coordination for property deals, including document routing, disclosure review, timeline tracking, notary scheduling, and post-signing filing notes. Final scope is defined in an approved proposal.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use services lawfully and in good faith.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing materials.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt services.

4. Intellectual Property

All templates, summaries, and checklists are owned by DealAssistNow or its licensors. Your organization may use deliverables under the agreed terms; redistribution or commercial reuse requires prior written permission.

5. Fees & Payment

Packages are billed in JPY per deal unless otherwise agreed. Payment timing and applicable taxes are stated in the proposal. Late or missing payments may pause service.

6. Delivery & Revisions

Drafts and notes are delivered according to the agreed timeline. Revisions follow the number of cycles included in your plan. Handover includes a closing packet and filing checklist.

7. Disclaimer

Services are coordination and documentation support. We do not provide guarantees regarding outcomes of negotiations or registrations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DealAssistNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of deliverables or services.

9. Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancel anytime: service continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Cooling-off (first purchase): if no major deliverables have been provided within 7 days and usage is minimal, you may request a refund.
  • After deliverables: once coordination work, key drafts, or consultations are delivered, refunds are generally not available.
  • Add-on tasks: cancellations follow the same rules; completed work remains payable.
  • Processing: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms or nonpayment. Obligations incurred before termination remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Japanese law or local consumer rules where required.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms when services evolve. Continued use indicates acceptance after notice.
